I try to use the follow command but get failed :
rsync  -azvSHP --delete --delay-updates rsync://gcc.gnu.org/gcc/ 
$gcc_local_path
So, we  use "rsync://mirror.marwan.ma/gcc/"  as our upstream currently.
What should to fix for the above command ?

Yes, the info is correct, please add out site  on the mirror list and 
thanks for the help.
