Inconsistent downloads from Japan server

Thanks for letting us know, but I tried a few times and it always
works fine from here:

$ wget --quiet http://ftp.tsukuba.wide.ad.jp/software/gcc/releases/gcc-11.2.0/gcc-11.2.0.tar.gz
$ wget --quiet http://ftp.tsukuba.wide.ad.jp/software/gcc/releases/gcc-11.2.0/sha512.sum
$ sha512sum -c sha512.sum --ignore-missing
gcc-11.2.0.tar.gz: OK
