Look where it says "Download" at https://gcc.gnu.org/

We only provide the sources, which you have to build yourself, see
https://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/InstallingGCC for help with that.

There are some unofficial binary downloads linked to from
https://gcc.gnu.org/install/binaries.html
