GCC 6.3 vs 6.3.1 - whats the difference? Is 6.3.1 an unofficial secret GCC release?

Look again and see if you can extrapolate from the descriptions for
5.1.1 and 5.2.1 and guess what 6.3.1 might be. It's quite simple.
