One can also subscribe using the form at:

  https://sourceware.org/lists.html

(I used that.)

BTW, is the intention for the mailing lists list on that page to be
fully comprehensive?  Off the top of my head, I notice that at least
the infinity@ list is missing, as well as this new list.
