Undefined C++ Atomic Symbol on sh-rtems

TARGET_SH3 means SH3, SH4 and SH4A.
TARGET_SH1 means SH1, SH2, SH2A.

Ah good, no hurry then :)
Anyway, this issue's been on the pile for a while now.  I'll do
something about it.
