GCC 4.9.3 Status Report (2015-06-12)

Status
======

I'd like to release GCC 4.9.3 around June 24th which means a release
candidate in the middle of the next week.  If you have any backports
you'd like to see in 4.9.3, please get them in by Tuesday next week;
of course this isn't the last release from 4.9 branch and therefore
what won't make it 4.9.3 can still make it 4.9.4 or 4.9.5.
