m32c-*-* Build Issue (Multilib?)

Same error in m32c-elf/m32cm/libgcc/config.log for a build of the
head. I apparently just saw the symptoms and missed this.

I have a gcc 4.8.2 RTEMS toolset installed so that provides some
window.
