Ever so, but thank you.  Ultimately, searching for just "stubs-32.h"
will take you there and not require you to wade through too much chaff.
You're still Googling instead of reading "you need to disable multilib
or install a 32 bit development package", but it is ever so slightly
better now.

Speaking of, the fixinclude directory has been moved from fixincl
to fixincludes.  _That_, surely, is pretty inconsequential....
