By default, cloog installs to /usr/local/, so setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH
shouldn't be necessary. I was able to run configure in gcc trunk
using:

  $ ../configure --with-cloog=/usr/local --with-isl=/usr/local
--disable-isl-version-check
