[onlinedocs]: No more automatic rebuilt?

Since I updated texinfo.tex, update_web_docs_svn has produced errors that 
don't make any sense to me.  The Texinfo (texi2dvi etc.) version on 
gcc.gnu.org is pretty old, but I don't see why that should cause problems 
with a new texinfo.tex.  (I haven't actually checked that the texinfo.tex 
update was the relevant commit.)
