revision r181278 gives me a bootstrap/build error on cygwin for gcc trunk: cc1: warning: unrecognized command line option "-Wno-narrowing"

I have open pr51094 for this bootstrap failure.
Note that it is due to r181279 (r181278 is a date bump).
