Bugzilla components for target libraries

You omitted boehm-gc and zlib, both used in target libraries (libgcjgc, 
libzgcj) though not intended for direct use as such by GCC users (anyone 
wanting to use them directly should use the upstream releases).

Not a target library.

libdecnumber is indirectly used in libgcc on the target and also used on 
the host, rather than directly installed as a target library.

Not a target library.  (A single source file is used in libstdc++ for 
demangling support.)
