libstdc++-6.dll doesn't export functions -- gcc-4.6.1 and host=i686-pc-mingw32

Hi,

there is a big issue in the gcc-4.6 series.
On mingw libstdc++-6.dll exports only:
atomic_flag_clear_explicit
atomic_flag_test_and_set_explicit

The gcc-4.5 series is fine.
