expanded go support?

FWIW Go tested well on RTEMS for 4.6 but doesn't compile
right now.  I have filed an initial patch but got no
response.

There is one other code issue that requires a solution and we  should be
able to provide test results.

Help would be appreciated.  It isn't very far off.
