Changing PR to ASSIGNED doesn't assign to me automatically

When I reported it to the bugzilla-test instance I was told it's by
design as the status and assigned-to fields are distinct. FWIW I
prefer the old behaviour too, so a compromise would be a button which
sets both fields, like the one to mark as a duplicate.
