I actually think it would be fine to use a dg-requires or a #ifdef in
this test. dg-requires is probably better but I'm not sure offhand
whether it works in the c-torture/execute directory. As Joseph says,
other tests will have to be changed as well, but that isn't a reason
not to fix this test.
