concurrence.h compiler error on head

Hi,

Compiling C++ on the head targeting
arm-rtems4.11, I get this error.  It doesn't
occur on m68k-rtems4.11.  I don't know about
the other targets yet.

Any suggestions on what is causing this
and how to resolve it?
