I noticed that the following entry

  Viet Nam, HoChiMinh: http://mirror-fpt-telecom.fpt.net/gcc/,
  thanks to Minh Vu Tong (mirror at fpt dot net)

is not working any more.  It seems a symbolic link from
http://mirror-fpt-telecom.fpt.net/gcc/ to
http://mirror-fpt-telecom.fpt.net/sourceware/gcc or me changing
that link on the GCC side both would fix this.

Which way do you suggest?
