MPC version 0.8 released!

mpc-0.8 builds and all tests pass on:

hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.00
hppa64-hp-hpux11.00
hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11
hppa64-hp-hpux11.11

Builds have been installed for GCC testing.
