bootstrap with -ftree-parallelize-loops

Hi,

I'm trying to bootstrap with -ftree-parallelize-loops=4 enabled (passed as 
BOOTCFLAGS).
I'm failing at the begining of stage2 because the compiler can't find 
libgomp.spec
Can anyone help..?
