Could someone please check if FSF received papers for Intel engineers?

We are almost ready to submit patches for stack branch. I'd like to
verify that FSF has received all necessary papers for our team members

Xuepeng Guo <xuepeng.guo@intel.com>
Weiliang Lin <weiliang.lin@intel.com>

Could someone please check if there are any forms missing?  If yes,
please send those forms to me. I will forward to them.
