[4.3/4.4]: PATCH: PR target/35453: nmmintrin.h defines macros SIDD_XXX

Hi,

Here is the patch for both gcc 4.3 and 4.4. OK for 4.3/4.4? Tested on Linux/ia32
and Linux/ia64 with gcc 4.3/4.4.
