This brings in everything from trunk just before the new OMP3 changes. Jakub, you can do the omp3 merge now. David, this converts tree-call-cdce.c to use tuples. The only change is the removal of the flag that I mentioned earlier, if this is something you think it shouldn't be merged into mainline, please let me know. Diego.
