Another recent libstdc++ regression

Hi,

first, many thanks to Daniel for working hard on the other recent regressions... Unfortunately, however, today there is a new one (at least on x86_64-linux and i686-linux):

  FAIL: 22_locale/num_put/put/wchar_t/20914.cc execution test

Many thanks for looking into it and, well... to whom is concerned: always make sure to regtest completely  the C++ library ;)
