plugin includes for MELT

The one detail I don't understand yet is the link between the -B option 
to gcc and this  $(DESTDIR)$(libexecsubdir)/ are they somehow equal (or 
is the -B value some initial prefix of $(DESTDIR)$(libexecsubdir) ?
