GCC 4.3.0 Status Report (2008-02-14)

Hi,

Any chance of someone with ARM knowledge dealing with
this issue before the branch is cut.

Uros Bizjak thinks it is just a typo in an assembly file
but no one who has commented on this PR is comfortable
saying that.
