POINTER_PLUS branch status?

What I had meant by fixing the PA back-end was for Pointer Plus.
Changes are needed in reloc_needed and hppa_gimplify_va_arg_expr and
not fixing the use of REG_POINTER :)  Sorry if I was not clear there.
