Missing features on Changes for GCC 4.3

Hello,

I missed on the gcc changes page the new target x86_64-pc-mingw32 support 
for cross compilation. Also the new pragma feature for mingw (pragma 
push_macro/pop_macro) is missing, too.
Is this intended to wait for mingw to provide a offical header-set for 
this, or was it simply forgotten ?
