Why is LIMITS_H_TEST defined in cris/t-linux? It caused cross-compiler build errors

What revision, what host?  My autotester reports no regressions
as recent as r127936, cross from x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
(Debian etch).

In any case, please enter a bug report and assign it to me.
