'argz_next__' discards qualifiers from pointer target type

...is a bad idea. Shouldn't we change...

            while ((dir = __argz_next ((char *) dirlist, dirlist_len, dir))

to

            while ((dir = __argz_next ((const char *) dirlist, dirlist_len, dir))

to avoid this warning?
