BFD Error a regression?

With latest svn trunk and Bud's splay patch.  I don't think this is related to 
Bud's patch because regression testing and NIST testing passed fine.

While compiling LAPACK with -O3 -funroll-loops -march=nocona I got the following 
error message:

I am not sure I can reduce the case. But I can try if this is something new.

Look familiar?
