regeneration of files

I found quite a few files out of date...

libdecnumber/aclocal.m4
zlib/aclocal.m4
intl/aclocal.m4
libgfortran/configure
libgfortran/config.h.in
libgfortran/aclocal.m4
libmudflap/configure
libmudflap/aclocal.m4
boehm-gc/configure
boehm-gc/aclocal.m4
libffi/aclocal.m4
libjava/configure

? I didn't regenerate these with the makefile but did it by hand,
given what I thought would be the right options to aclocal given the
Makefile.in.

I noticed quite a variety in the options for aclocal. :-(

Anyway, I haven't run even a make, but I thought I'd point them out
to people so they can review the changes and regenerate their files.
If I were confident there'd be no down side, I'd just check it in,
but when Geoff regenerated some recently he had to forward port just
a few bits.

The ones that were of particular interest were the libgfortran ones,
Jack was trying to build on a G4 and had hopes they might fix his build.
