Including GMP/MPFR in GCC repository?

Currently you *can* use the system zlib:   Just configure with 
|--with-system-zlib.  Removing zlib from GCC would be just a little 
configure trickery.  I am not advocating removing it, just pointing out 
that in the case of zlib, it would be fairly easy.
