"Authorization failed" for commit?

I just tried to commit the fix for PR 27470, a gfortran 4.1 regression,
and I got the error message:

$ svn commit fortran/ChangeLog fortran/trans-array.c testsuite/ChangeLog testsuite/gfortran.dg/multiple_allocation_2.f90

Does anybody have any idea what's wrong?
