Gcc 4.2 now passes SPEC CPU 2006

Some of them are real issues, like

#undef HASATTRIBUTE     /**/
#ifndef HASATTRIBUTE
#define __attribute__(_arg_)
#endif

But there is one Fortran patch I am not 100% sure. It has something
to do with pointer initialization and association. I am working with
SPEC people to address those issues.
