<bld>/gcc/testsuite disappears when recompiling

Huh.  Any reason in particular?  Why not leave it in <bld>/gcc?

So, the new patch will let me do 'make all-stage1
STAGE1_LANGUAGES=c++,fortran'?  Would it be possible to have a shortcut
for this?  Something that would recompile all the languages I originally
specified in --enable-languages with -g -O0.
