SPEC cpu2000 ia64 tester

Hi,

some people already noticed it seems, so this may be a little too late, 
but still.  We now have a nightly SPEC tester running which posts the 
results to

The machine is a double Itanium 2, 1.6 GHz with 4GB RAM.  Currently I'm 
using -O3 for base and -O3 -funroll-loops -fpeel-loops for peak.  These 
are non-FDO runs.
