I see myself as a consumer of this list and not a producer so it is  
hard to see myself as having a "vote".  But if I do, I agree with  
Jeff.  Keep it simple.

The one thing I was going to suggest but I don't know how hard it is  
to implement is to have a once a month note sent to this list that  
says "there are N GCC jobs on the FSF Job site." with a pointer to  
the job site.
