Yes, this option works when I use it in GDB like this,
(gdb) run -mhard-float 
../../gcc-dfp-cvs-Aung-10/gcc/testsuite/gcc.dg/dfp/qiyao/varargs-1.expand -o 
vararg-1.exe
and TARGET_HARD_FLOAT becomes *TRUE*.  Thanks.
