Please note that for http://gcc.gnu.org/mirrors.html we only add mirrors
which specifically mirror the ftp area from gcc.gnu.org, whereas we refer
to the GNU mirror site list for those sites that mirror ftp.gnu.org (and
thus GCC releases).
