successful build of GCC 4.0.0 on Mac OS 10.3.9 (bootstrap, only C)

Note:
- I could build GCC 4.0.0 only with Fortran95 and C.
- with C++ and Java building failed.
- I will try to build GCC 4.0 with itself, now with (nearly) all languages.
