Apparently because for most people it is not a problem that it does
not do it, and while you have indicated earlier that it may be useful
for you, you have neither tried to implement it yourself, nor provided
a test case to PR20376.

FWIW you could try -fweb and see if it does what you want.  And if it
does, you could write a limited webizer patch that works on just loop
bodies after unrolling.
