Deprecating min/max extension in C++

There are thousands of things that you can think of that would be marginally
convenient in a complex language like C++ (or Ada for that matter), but that's
not a justification tyo add them as an extension. THe burden of adding an
extension should be pretty high. I don't think this particular extension
meets that requirement.
