invoke.texi: reference to web page that does not exist

The page was up and working no longer than 2 weeks ago. Niall Douglas (which
I'm CC:ing) is the owner of that page.
Niall, are you planning to get the site back up and running soon? If not, can
we get a copy of gccvisibility.html so that we can extract the text and host it
locally?
