I'm hesitant to color it too strongly, in that I had a strong opinion up 
front, and I really do think this ought to be up to you, but if that's 
the conclusion you draw, that's certainly fine.  You should certainly 
feel free to ask MIPS for more information, if you need that to help 
judge the contribution.
