Built gcc 4.0.0, without C++ support

FWIW, I just started building gcc 4.0.1, and ran into this problem once
again; and setting HAVE_GAS_COMDAT_GROUP to 0 in gcc/auto-host.h seems
once again to be a valid workaround.
