Obsolete/broken targets in 4.0.0

The goal of obsoleting targets is of course to give people time to
object and work on maintaining those targets.  So declaring them
obsolete for 3.4.4 is not really a good idea IMHO.

Then again, the more targets we declare obsolete (vax, ns32k, etc.)
the happier I am ;-)
