mail-report-with-warnings.log has 0 bytes

That's unfortunate, in that it implies I'm basically wasting my time 
and CPU cycles running tests that are discounted.

Here's my command line for bootstrapping and testing gcc:

Perhaps I should try a non-parallel make and see what happens.

Or perhaps I should just blow away my mainline cvs directory and start 
over again.
