According to the analysis (and the summary) found in bugzilla

  c++/21383 is [3.4 regression]
  c++/22352 is [3.4 regression]
  c++/22464 is [3.4 regression]
  c++/23307 is [3.4 regression]

those are the C++ fixes applied to gcc-3_4-branch between 2005-12-01
and now.  
The approvals weren't mechanical.
